PROBLEM
In addition to the “root-out” look—where the natural black hair at the roots has grown out a few centimeters, making the line where the color was reapplied stand out—she’s also struggling with dry, frizzy ends that make her hair look unmanageable overall.
SOLUTION
We performed a root touch-up to naturally blend the dark roots with the lighter sections, and applied a dark greige color to tone down the red tones and give the hair a translucent finish. We also applied a treatment to repair the hair from the core.

To address both the “pudding-like” roots and the dry, frizzy ends at the same time, we first carefully blended the roots during the retouch before applying a subtle greige color on top. At the same time, we used a treatment to thoroughly replenish the hair’s inner layers with nutrients and moisture, restoring a smooth, lustrous texture. To finish, we added soft waves to the ends, creating a light and elegant style that doesn’t look heavy despite the dark tones.
