Appointment Request ※This is NOT an instant booking system. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation email. Please do not come to the salon without receiving our confirmation. Please note that booking requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your desired appointment date. Booking Request Form ■ Booking Conditions • This form accepts requests up to 7 days before your preferred appointment date. • For same-day or appointments within 6 days, please contact us by phone or via Hot Pepper Beauty. Please note that requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. ■ Replies on Closed Days We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Messages received on our closed days will be replied to from Thursday onward. ■ Appointment Confirmation Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from our salon. If your preferred date and time are fully booked, we may contact you to suggest alternative options. ■ Recommended Booking Timing • Weekends → At least 1 month in advance • Weekdays → At least 2 weeks in advance We recommend booking early, as appointments fill up quickly. ■ Business Hours Mon / Thu / Fri　10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sat / Sun　　　10:00 AM – 7:30 PM Closed: Tuesday & Wednesday TEL: +81-3-6804-2517
